We believe that all of our patients and the local community at large needs to be empowered to take active control of their health and well being. One key component we utilize for empowering patients to be self-sufficient at keeping pain away and enjoying freedom of movement is exercise.

Most of our prescription for exercise and rehab is personalized based on our patient’s needs. However, there are some general things that are beneficial for almost everybody. These serve as just introductions to the work we do with our patients. We are pleased to offer the following pdfs and associated instructional videos for you.

Exercise Videos (Demonstration of Movements)

Use these videos as a guide to learn the movements presented in the PDFs above. Put the video on pause after each step and repeat the movement at least 7 to 10 times (as long as there is no pain). As always, please observe caution when trying new things and reach out to our clinic if you have any questions or concerns.
